Key Responsibilities: 

• Leverage various channels such as job boards , social media, professional networks(e.g., Linkedin ) to identify potential candidates for Niche and Language specific demands 
• Research and analyze talent markets to identify potential sourcing strategies especially in locations with a high demand for specific language or technical skills 
• Reach out to passive candidates and build relationships with professionals with rare and in-demand skills or language proficiency 
• Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications 
• Maintain and update the talent pipeline ensuring accurate tracking of candidates in a way that attracts top tier talents 

• Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree, any field. 
• At least 3 years of working experience specializing in Sourcing and Recruitment in a BPO setting is required for this position. 
• Knowledge in various sourcing channel is a must 
• Knowledge in conducting Market Intel and analyzing Market trend 
• Must be amenable to work BGC, Taguig or Alabang Muntinlupa if needed.
