Description
The Talent Acquisition Manager - Launch role focuses on leading a team, building client relationships, handling escalations, and ensuring optimized recruitment processes. Key responsibilities include:
Leadership function: Mentoring talent acquisition leaders, setting performance goals, conducting evaluations, and ensuring compliance with established processes. Assisting in recruiting for senior roles.
Stakeholder Management: Building trusted client relationships by aligning recruitment with business goals and providing tailored, strategic recruitment advice.
Client Escalation Management: Addressing and resolving client issues promptly, documenting solutions, and implementing preventive measures.
Benchmarking and Market Analysis: Conducting market research to advise clients on hiring trends, skill gaps, and talent acquisition strategies.
Recruitment Data Analytics: Using recruitment data to inform strategy, generate insights, and present recommendations to senior leadership.
Project Management: Managing recruitment projects, ensuring timely delivery, and applying project management best practices.
Talent Acquisition Technology & Trends: Staying updated on recruitment technologies and trends to enhance efficiency and innovation.
Process Improvement & Innovation: Continuously assessing and improving recruitment workflows, implementing automation, and updating documentation to ensure streamlined operations and alignment across teams.
Requirement
To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
3-5 years of leadership experience in Talent Acquisition, leading supervisor and/or managers
Focus on recruiting for specialized and niche roles, team management and client management.
Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies, techniques, and best practices.
Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful recruitment strategies for attracting top talents.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor a diverse team.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders from all levels.
In-depth knowledge of recruitment technology platforms, applicant tracking systems, and other relevant HR tools.
Ability to analyze data and metrics, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Familiarity with employment laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
Proactive, results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
