We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager with a background in offshoring and experience working in dynamic, fast-paced environments. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capability to develop and execute effective recruitment strategies.

• Lead the end-to-end talent acquisition process for both tech and non-tech roles, with a focus on specialized and niche searches.
• Manage volume hiring and business operations support, sourcing top talent from the PH market for international clients.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients, particularly international counterparts, ensuring effective communication and the presentation of recruitment strategies.
• Utilize market scoping, talent insights, and data analytics to drive recruitment decisions and optimize talent pipelines.
• Employ Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track and manage the recruitment process, ensuring efficiency and optimization.
• Lead initiatives in project management, focusing on process improvements, automation, and implementing best practices within the recruitment function.

• 3-5 years of progressive experience as a Talent Acquisition Supervisor, Assistant Manager, or Manager, preferably within the offshoring, EOR, or BPO industries.
• Strong expertise in recruitment strategy, market scoping, and data analytics.
• Proven ability to manage a wide variety of roles, including tech, non-tech, and specialized searches.
• Above-average English communication skills, both oral and written, with the confidence to work closely with international clients.
• Experience in client-facing roles, particularly with international stakeholders.
• Background in project management, process improvement, and recruitment automation is a plus.
