Description
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the Agriculture, Fishing, and Forestry sectors.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and facilitate the selection process.
- Manage candidate experience from application to onboarding.
- Maintain relationships with universities and industry organizations for talent sourcing.
Requirement
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or HR.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in talent management, recruiting, payroll, HRIS, employee relations, and compensation management.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage recruitment processes, collaborate with hiring managers, and ensure effective onboarding.
- Working Conditions: Standard office environment with occasional remote work.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem solving.
