Description

A Support Services Representative is responsible for providing assistance to customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role involves troubleshooting problems, guiding clients through service processes, and ensuring the efficient delivery of products or services. The representative communicates with customers via phone, email, or chat, maintains accurate records of interactions, and escalates complex issues when necessary. Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused approach are essential to succeed in this role.

 

Work Setup:

  • Onsite - Libis, Quezon City

Accounts:

  • Healthcare and Travel

Salary:

  • Basic salary of up to ₱21,000
  • Additional ₱2,000 non-taxable allowance
  • 10% Night Differential
  • Additional incentives
  • Day 1 HMO coverage with free coverage for 2 dependents
  • Day 1 Life Insurance

  

Requirements

  • College graduate without BPO experience (for Travel Account)
  • At least 2nd-year college completed with 1 year of BPO experience (for Healthcare Account)
  • Must be willing to work onsite
