Description

The Customer Service Associate (CSA) is responsible for providing effective customer service for all internal and external customers by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and services, and communicating effectively with team members.


  • Communicate with customers – F2F, phone, email, or chat.
  • Validate completion of customer documents and requirements
  • Assist and advise on customer enquiries and concerns.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Document and keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, based on the latest set of requirements and guidelines
  • Follow communication procedures, operational guidelines, and policies set by the management and client.

Requirements

  • Educational Background: At least HS Graduate with or without BPO experience
  • Can start ASAP
  • Willing to work on site in QC
