Sr. Digital and Social Media Specialist

Description
- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with company goals and objectives
- Manage and optimize e-commerce platform performance including product listings, promotions, and user experience
- Create and manage engaging social media content calendars across various platforms
- Develop and execute social media advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness, lead generation, and sales
- Manage display advertising campaigns across different apps and websites to maximize reach and brand visibility
- Analyze campaign performance data and make data-driven recommendations to optimize results
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on progress toward marketing goals
- Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing and social media management
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing successful e-commerce marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) and their advertising functionalities
- Experience with display advertising and campaign management platforms (Google Ads, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Data-driven approach with strong analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Salary depends on the skillset of the candidate.
