Description

Position: Tech Admin Specialist

Location: Binondo, Manila


ONSITE

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Tech Admin Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring our clients receive efficient and effective technical support. Your responsibilities will include diagnosing and repairing faults, troubleshooting issues, identifying hardware and software solutions, and replacing or repairing necessary components.


  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and remote assistance.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues related to POS systems, printers, scanners, and other hardware either onsite or door-to-door services.
  • Identify and implement solutions for technical problems.
  • Conduct hardware repairs and replacements as needed.
  • Document and maintain accurate records of customer inquiries and resolutions.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge to provide excellent customer support.
  • Provide timely and exceptional customer service.
  • Admin/clerical tasks when needed.

Requirements

Job Title: After Sales Technical Support


Educational Qualifications:

- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a related technical field


Experience Level:

- 1-3 years of experience in after-sales support or a similar role


Skills and Competencies:

- In-depth knowledge of after-sales maintenance and installation

- Proven sales support experience with the ability to perform hardware testing

- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal

- Ability to provide pre-sale technical support and product demonstrations

- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail

- Experience with technical management and sales training


Working Conditions:

- Office or remote work with possible travel to client sites for installations


Qualities and Traits:

- Strong work ethic and a commitment to providing excellent customer service

- Must be proactive and have the ability to work independently

- Capable of multitasking with a focus on time management
