Description

Product Knowledge:

  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, features, and applications.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.

Customer Interaction:

  • Engage with potential and existing customers to understand their requirements.
  • Provide technical support and solutions tailored to customer needs.

Sales Support:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies.
  • Assist in preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations.

Demonstrations and Training:

  • Conduct product demonstrations to showcase capabilities and benefits.
  • Provide training and support to customers post-purchase.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g., engineering, computer science) or equivalent experience.
  • Strong understanding of technical products and systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in a technical field.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
