• Assist customers with product inquiries and technical support for all merchandise.
• Collaborate with sales teams to provide exceptional pre-sales and post-sales support.
• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients.
• Gather customer feedback to improve product offerings and services.
• Stay updated on industry trends within the Shopping & Retail sector.

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in sales technical support or a similar role. Experience in the POS industry is a plus!
• Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, problem-solving, and technical skills; computer hardware and software proficiency.
• Responsibilities and Duties: Provide sales and technical assistance, handle customer inquiries, and manage product demonstrations.
• Working Conditions: Office and warehouse environment with potential travel to client sites if needed.
