Job Purpose:

  • To create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. Responsible to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities.

Job Description (Duties and Responsibility):

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management.   
  • Help customers through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share and in person meetings
  • Develop new clients and new business with existing principals and/ or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas. Trusted advisor relationship with key accounts and clients.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Prepare/ present reports on account status to Top Management. Generate forecast and track key account metrics.
  • Conduct fieldwork, cold calls, classified ads and posting. Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
  • Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to- day basis.
  • Monitor and analyze customer's usage of our product and service.
  • Responsible for working with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and developing existing client relationships. 
  • Liaise between the customer and internal teams.
  • To assist Sales Personnel of other ACCLI affiliates in closing PLX deals.
  • Minimum Monthly Gross Sales Target is Six (6) Million for both Dry and Cold Storage.
  • Responsible for the On- Time collection of ARs from the clients. Avoid having bad debts.
  • Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.


Requirements

  • Any Business Degree Course. 
  • Leadership/Coaching Training -Procurement and Negotiation Skills
  • Sales management
  • At least 1-year relevant experience.
  • Pleasing personality∗ May require high level social interaction
  • Preferably knows how to drive a car.
