- Assist sales team by providing technical expertise to clients within the industry.
- Conduct product demos and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Answer technical queries and troubleshoot issues promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met.
Requirement
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a relevant field is required.
- Experience Level: Seeking dynamic individuals with less than 1 year of experience, including fresh graduates eager to grow in the sales and technical support field.
- Skills and Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, preferably Salesforce.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven sales management abilities.
- Team player with a knack for creating and maintaining relationships.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Provide technical support to customers, assist the sales team in technical presentations, and help in the development and closing of sales opportunities.
- Working Conditions: This role may involve working in various environments, including office settings and potentially visiting client sites for support and sales activities.
- Qualities and Traits: Looking for motivated, customer-oriented individuals with a passion for technology and sales, who can work effectively under pressure and are driven to succeed in a competitive environment.
