Description

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and other key stakeholders, serving as the primary point of contact for all landlord representation services.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to maximize the revenue potential of properties, through effective lease negotiations.
  3. Schedule and attend meetings with developers, property owners, landowners or building owners to come up with a mutual agreement that would be beneficial for both parties.
  4. Secure projects and collaborate with property owners to develop effective strategies for leasing out their properties.
  5. Develop and implement lead generation strategies to achieve maximum occupancy rates for projects handled.
  6. Resolve hard negotiation issues that might arise between landlords and tenants; and other issues that might arise between buyers and sellers.
  7. Lead and manage a team of real estate professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentoring to ensure high levels of performance and productivity.
  8. Continuously monitor and analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly. This includes staying up-to-date with competitive properties and trends in the area to ensure that our projects are competitive and attractive to potential tenants.
  9. Regularly report on the progress of leasing activities and occupancy rates.
  10. Collaborate with other departments and teams within the company to ensure seamless service delivery and effective communication.
  11. Maintain a high level of professionalism, ethical standards, and customer service in all interactions with clients and team members.

Requirement

  1. Bachelor's Degree required.
  2. 7-10 years of experience in commercial property leasing, with a strong track record in lease negotiations, property management, and client relationship management.
  3. Leadership skills with demonstrated experience in managing and motivating teams.
  4. Excellent communication skills for effectively engaging with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
  5. Analytical and problem-solving abilities with a strategic mindset and the capacity for data-driven decision-making.
