• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, engineering or related courses.
• With available cluster of accounts to top.
• At least with 1-3 years’ experience in architectural projects or in Construction firm a must.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Superb written and verbal communication and negotiation skills
• The ability to identify market trends and make decisions in a high-stress environment
• Must have driver's license and own motorcycle
