Description
- Develop and manage client portfolios, identifying new opportunities and fostering strong relationships.
- Negotiate and close contracts while achieving sales targets within the transportation and logistics industry.
- Understand JCAVS FREIGHT FORWARDING INC.'s offerings to tailor logistics solutions that meet client needs effectively.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic planning and positioning.
- Collaborate with the customer service and operations team to ensure a seamless delivery experience for clients.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: A graduate of 4-year course
- Experience Level: 1 year of experience as sales coordinator or sales executive in the field of forwarding and/or brokerage.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; proficient in CRM software and MS Office. Attentive and keen to details, honest, respectful and verbal communication skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Identify new business opportunities, maintain relationships with clients, meet sales targets, and prepare reports.
- Working Conditions: Office setting with fieldwork; willingness to travel and attend meetings as necessary.
- Qualities and Traits: Proactive, driven, with strong customer service orientation and ability to work in a team.
