Description
- Oversee the daily operations of our vibrant dining establishment at Tony Ting Food Concepts Inc.
- Maintain highest standards in food and beverage quality, service, and cleanliness.
- Train and manage staff, schedule shifts and inventory control.
- Address customer needs and feedback ensuring optimized dining experience.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the Food & Beverages industry.
Requirement
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
- Experience Level: Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the food service industry.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership, customer service, and communication skills. Proficiency in restaurant management software.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee daily operations, manage staff, handle customer inquiries, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, problem solver, team player, and ability to multitask effectively.
