- Help the RM to oversee all F&B operations at Little Seoul F&B Food Services, ensuring exceptional culinary experiences.
- Maintain high-quality standards for food preparation and presentation.
- Manage inventory, budget, and cost control measures to maximize profitability.
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver impeccable service.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that enhance the diner's experience.
- Stay abreast of industry trends to keep our offerings innovative and appealing.
Requirement
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's in Hospitality Management, Business or related field.
- Experience Level: Minimum 5 years in food and beverage service industry, with 2+ years in managerial role.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership, budget management, communication skills, and understanding of safety and health regulations.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee daily operations, manage budgets, train staff, ensure customer satisfaction, and uphold service quality.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, requires weekend and holiday hours, and potential for long shifts.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent organizational ability, attention to detail, decisiveness, and a passion for food and beverage excellence.
