Description

Oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring outstanding customer service Manage staff schedules, training, and performance Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Maintain inventory and manage vendor relations Collaborate with marketing to drive promotions Improve guest experience at Shark's Billiard Association within the Sports & Recreation sector


  • Supervise day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
  • Train and manage staff, ensuring high levels of teamwork.
  • Maintain exceptional levels of customer service.
  • Handle customer complaints and queries efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirement

Educational Qualifications: At least a Diploma degree in Hospitality, Business Administration or a related field.

Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience required, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting.


  • Proven team player with the ability to work collaboratively.
  • Strong foundation in operations and restaurant management.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Interpersonal skills to manage diverse team members.
  • Highly developed work ethic and commitment to job responsibilities.


Working Conditions: Fast-paced restaurant environment, requiring weekend and holiday work, as well as the flexibility to work in shifts.

Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership qualities, proactive, detail-oriented, resilient, with the ability to maintain composure under pressure.
