  • Facility Coordination: Liaise with other departments to ensure guest needs are met and hotel operations run smoothly.

Requirement

  • Previous experience in a hotel or customer service role preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and hotel management software.
