As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible in the efficient operation of the press to post press department by ensuring set KPIs are achieved and food safety and quality standards are met. Other daily tasks to be performed include the following:

• Supervise press and post press day to day operations.
• Implement and monitor production schedule if target output, schedule and priorities are achieved and quality products are produced to fulfil the Customer requirements.
• Ensure proper allocation of manpower as per daily production schedule.
• Ensure that all requirements (raw materials, approved digital proof, color guide, actual sample, etc.) are available before production run.
• Ensure that the processes and work instructions are executed based on the operating procedure manual.
• Responsible for production reports and Work in Process Inventory reports.
• Ensure that encoded production output is accurate and timely in the system.
• Report immediately any deviation or quality issues that may arise from time to time.
• Adhere to Company rules and regulations including ISO, Safety, GMP-PRP's and Food Safety practices, standards and other Departmental procedures.
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned by management from time to time

• With 1-2 years experience as a Production Supervisor in a printing, packaging or manufacturing industry.
• With background in ISO and Food Safety Standards.
• Willing to work in Sta. Rosa City, Laguna.
