• Candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree preferably in Food Technology, Nutrition or any related course
• With a minimum of 5 years relevant experience in Food Manufacturing handling Sauce line in a supervisory capacity
• Can effectively supervise a group of Production personnel working on rotating shifts
• Has a good background and understanding of Food Quality Systems
• Flexible to varying shifts and willing to render overtime work based on operational requirements
• Proficient in driving with valid driver's license (preferably)
• Computer Proficient (MS Applications)
