    • Degree in Any Engineering course.
    • With at least 5 years of experience in a Manufacturing Company- preferably in Rubber Industry or Injection Molding Industry.
    • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
    • With excellent communication, active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • People-oriented and results-driven.
