We are seeking highly motivated Outbound Sales Agents who are passionate about customer engagement and sales. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers through outbound channels and converting them into clients. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a sales-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and generate interest in our services
• Collect required information and complete the application process
• Follow up with clients and manage customer relationships
• Clearly communicate expectations and provide excellent customer service

• Minimum of 1 year of outbound sales experience, preferably in a BPO setting
• Strong command of English with excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in computer applications and data entry
• Must be willing to work onsite in Makati during the day shift
