Description
- Delivers high quality customer service by providing effective service strategy within the branch.
- Completes basic transactions for customers within branch.
- Educates customers on bank products and provides appropriate answers to customer inquiries.
- Directly engages with customers and potential customers by determining customer needs, recommending bank products, and completing the account opening process.
- Performs other tasks assigned by Branch Head/Cooperative Team Leader from time to time.
- Willing to be assigned in Fort Bonifacio, Taguig
Requirements
- College Graduate
- Very good interpersonal skills
- Industrious, willing to learn new techniques and adopt to various procedures and policies
- Team player
- Commitment to achieve agreed goals
- Computer literate
