The Office Engineer (Sub-Contractor Biller) is responsible for managing the billing processes for subcontractors on construction projects. This role involves ensuring accurate and timely preparation of sub-contractor invoices, verifying compliance with contract terms, and maintaining proper documentation for billing purposes. The Office Engineer also collaborates with project managers, finance teams, and subcontractors to ensure all billing issues are addressed efficiently.

This role ensures the smooth and accurate financial management of subcontractor relationships, contributing to the overall success of the construction projects.

• Education: A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Experience: Previous experience in billing, accounts, or project coordination within the construction industry is preferred.
• Skills:

1. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing billing and financial documents.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (for creating and managing spreadsheets).
3. Knowledge of construction contracts, subcontracts, and general industry regulations.
