• Perform technical clerical works, encoding, update and maintaining document, KPI's databases of Engineering Facility and Machineries
• Collecting and compilation Daily Work Assignment /Daily Work Accomplishment
• Prepare and submission of Purchase Request and other related jobs.
• Summarizing the water bill and electrical bill as per requirement of the submission of SMR and other related environmental concern.
• Perform other task as may assigned by Engineering Supervisor or Manager.

Qualifications:

• Preferably a graduate of any related engineering course.
• Basic knowledge of various office computer programs/software: MS Word, EXCEL, POWERPOINT or AUTOCAD or any design software is an advantages
• Can work with minimal supervision
• Dependable, with initiative and can communicate with co employees from various level of organization.
