• Participation in verification of cost for project planning and budgeting.

• Responsible for checking and verification of all the raw material issuance's, labor cost, project completion vs budget report, physical count report, and inventory stock card in all the sites.

• Coordination to Unitan operations (Construction and Warehouse) on the cost accounting policy, procedures and costing analysis.

• Lead the investigation of inventory variances in all inventory categories and locations.

• Posting of the approved inventory adjustments, as well as Construction cost and Construction in Progress)

• Train and facilitate the physical count procedures (cycle counting and year end).

• Generation and Submission and analysis of Inventory status reports and construction costing dashboards.

• Completion of Inventory closing procedures.

• Bachelor’s/College Degree in Accountancy or business management related courses.

• At least 3-5 years relevant experience in cost accounting and inventory management.

• Required skill(s): detail oriented, critical thinking, analytical, organization, good communication.

• Knowledge and experience in production/construction and inventory cycle as well as inventory costing and valuation.

• Experience in Real Estate and Construction Management is an advantage.

• Knowledge and experience in using Microsoft applications and other enterprise resource systems (ERP).
