Description
- Coordinate sales activities and support the sales team.
- Assist in preparing sales proposals and presentations.
- Manage customer inquiries and provide excellent service.
- Maintain sales reports and track performance metrics.
- Collaborate with marketing to implement promotions.
- Organize and attend sales meetings and training sessions.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience Level: 2-4 years of experience in sales support or coordination.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills; proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist sales teams, prepare reports, manage schedules, and coordinate client communications.
- Working Conditions: Typically office-based with occasional remote work possibilities.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and a team player with a strong customer focus.
