Description
- Generate new business leads through cold calling and networking.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.
- Prepare sales reports and forecast future sales trends.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional strategies.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Minimum Diploma degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in sales or customer service.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Sales Management and Outside Sales techniques.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Generate leads, build customer relationships, and meet sales targets.
- Working Conditions: Primarily field-based with occasional office work.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communicator, self-motivated, personable, and adaptable.
