Description

We are looking for a Sales Support Coordinator to assist with sales consolidations, invoicing, and general administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment. This entry-level role is perfect for a graduate or someone with a college-level background who is comfortable using basic MS Office tools, especially Excel, and is eager to grow in a dynamic sales team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth sales processes, assisting with invoicing, and maintaining accurate sales data.



  • Sales Consolidation: Assist with organizing and consolidating sales data to ensure accurate reporting.
  • Invoicing: Generate, track, and send invoices to clients; ensure proper documentation and timely processing.
  • Data Entry: Use Excel to input sales and customer data, ensuring accuracy in records.
  • Customer Support: Provide friendly and responsive communication with customers, answering questions related to invoices or sales orders.
  • Sales Reports: Support in the preparation of weekly or monthly sales reports and other ad-hoc reports.
  • General Administrative Support: Provide flexible support to the sales team as needed, including handling communications and other office tasks.

Requirement

  • Recent graduate or college-level education (preferably in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field).
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel (ability to perform simple calculations, manage data, and use spreadsheets effectively).
  • Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle data with accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and show flexibility in meeting changing priorities.
