Generates and analyzes the requested complicated information or data leading to the delivery of business intelligence in form of business-related profitability, monitoring, and insights as well as customer analytics and profiling reports.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Evaluates the viability of data being requested in the Core Banking System of the Bank;
• Communicates and coordinates with the requesting unit/branch the details of needed information or data to address clarifications or interpretations of the solicited information at the same time;
• Provides insights and recommendations through various reports that impact the strategic direction and operational goals of the Banks various units;
• Defines and designs the analytical and reportorial requirements from business and support units;
• Identifies possible deficiencies in generated data and recommends solutions or alternative methods of correcting the unusual output generated by the different systems and from special investigative projects that may be assigned from time to time;
• Monitors and evaluates the tasks assigned to MIS Associate;

• Graduate of Information Systems, Business Management, or equivalent;
• At least five (5) years of related work experience in data analytics or a relevant role.
