Job Description
Description
- Prepares food in accordance with standard recipe.
- Ensures quality of food and standard portioning.
- Ensures creative and attractive food presentation
- Ensures that all utensils, wares, kitchen, equipment’s are properly maintained and accounted for
- Work with minimal supervision.
- Maintains order and cleanliness in the work area.
- Performs other related duties as maybe assigned.
Requirement
- Proven experience working as a cook
- Sound knowledge of cooking methods and techniques
- Ability to follow recipes
- Ability to work in a team
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Effective communication skills
- Experience in using cutting tools, cookware and bakeware
