Description

  • Preparing and cooking meals according to recipes and customer preferences.
  • Analyzing inventory levels and determining food and beverage supplies required.
  • Training and supervising kitchen staff, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Monitoring and controlling food costs by minimizing waste and utilizing ingredients efficiently.
  • Collaborating with restaurant management to create new menu items and meet customers’ needs.

Requirements

  • Graduate in culinary school or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience as a chef cook (preferred but not required).
  • Expertise in various cooking techniques and cuisines
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
