  • Provide legal advice on corporate matters and regulatory compliance
  • Review, draft, and negotiate contracts and agreements
  • Manage intellectual property matters and data protection policies
  • Support dispute resolution and litigation strategies
  • Conduct legal research and analyze industry regulations

Requirement

  • Language： CHINESE & ENGLISH
  • Educational Qualifications: A BSc in Law or JD degree is required.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in legal counsel roles preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong written communication, legal risk control, and knowledge of compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Advising on legal matters, ensuring compliance, and managing legal risks.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with potential for remote work and collaboration with diverse teams.
  • Qualities and Traits: High ethics and integrity, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Mandarin are a plus.
