The Contracts Manager will be responsible for overseeing the preparation, negotiation, and management of all contracts within the organization. This role requires a strong legal background, preferably a lawyer, to ensure that all contracts comply with legal and regulatory requirements. The Contracts Manager will also provide strategic advice to the company on contractual matters, risk mitigation, and legal compliance.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) or Bachelor of Laws (LLB) required.
• Must be a licensed lawyer or hold equivalent legal qualifications.

Experience:

• At least 5 years of experience in contract management, preferably within a corporate legal environment.
• Proven experience negotiating, drafting, and managing various contracts.
• Prior experience in a managerial role is a plus.
