Description
- Oversee daily F&B operations at Making Fine Group's establishments
- Ensure exceptional customer service within our dynamic food and beverage industry
- Maintain inventory levels and compliance with health/safety regulations
- Coordinate with chefs, manage staff schedules, and train team members
- Drive sales and manage costs to contribute to financial targets
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: At least a Diploma in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience, entry-level position suitable for recent graduates.
- Skills and Competencies:
- Proficient in Operations Management
- Knowledgeable in Inventory Management
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills
- Responsibilities and Duties:
- Supervise day-to-day operations of the food and beverage department
- Ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality service
- Maintain inventory levels and manage supplies
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, requiring weekend and holiday work, with long hours potentially necessary.
- Qualities and Traits:
- Excellent leadership capabilities
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure
