Description
- Oversee daily F&B operations in our cooperative's dining facilities and ensure exceptional quality service.
- Manage and train the food and beverage team, upholding our commitment to excellence in HR practices.
- Work with recruitment to identify and onboard top industry talent.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers, negotiating for the best pricing while maintaining standards.
- Monitor inventory and implement cost-saving measures.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or equivalent.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience required, preferably in a hospitality environment.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, service-oriented, and proficient in inventory management software.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee daily operations, manage staff, maintain inventory, ensure customer satisfaction, and adhere to safety and hygiene standards.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced restaurant or hotel environment, requires long hours and flexibility to work on weekends and holidays.
- Qualities and Traits: Highly organized, attentive to detail, capable of multitasking, and committed to providing an exceptional dining experience.
