Flaky Co. is seeking a results-driven Store Operations Supervisor to lead the daily operations of our stores located at GrabKitchen Makati, SM Megamall, and SM North EDSA. This role is essential to driving sales, managing inventory, and ensuring the high performance of our quick service staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive store sales to meet or exceed store targets.
• Analyze sales data and adjust strategies to boost performance.
• Ensure stores’ excellent customer service and address feedback promptly.
• Oversee inventory management, ensuring proper stock levels to meet sales demands while preventing overstock and minimizing waste.
• Coordinate with suppliers to maintain stock availability.
• Train and supervise quick service staff to meet sales and service standards.
• Ensure all team members are knowledgeable in sales techniques and customer service.
• Create efficient staff schedules to optimize productivity.
• Ensure that petty cash received by stores is managed efficiently, timely, and accurately.
• Find ways to reduce operating costs, minimizing unnecessary expenses, and improve cost efficiency.
• Ensure that petty cash expense transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner.
• Ensure timely payment of suppliers by accurately recording supplier billings and promptly requesting payments in coordination with the Accounting Department.
• Continuously seek new suppliers to enhance product quality and reduce costs through better sourcing options.
• Ensure store cleanliness and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with local health, safety, and food handling regulations.
• Implement security measures to prevent theft and protect store assets.

• At least 3 years of work experience in roles related to Business Administration, Operations, Sales, Customer Service or similar.
• Experience in F&B industry is a plus.
• Proven experience in retail store operations or similar is a plus.
• Must be proficient in MS Word and Excel.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
