1. Assist in basic food preparation, such as chopping vegetables and preparing ingredients.
2. Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
3. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and storage areas.
4. Assist in receiving and storing food deliveries.
5. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
6. Perform other kitchen duties as assigned by the Cook or Kitchen Manager.
7. Work collaboratively with other restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations.
8. Functions in accordance with established standards, policies, procedures and applicable laws.
9. Perform other functions and duties as may be directed by the immediate Head and Management.

1.Senior High School Diploma or equivalent;

2. At least 1 year of experience in a kitchen or food service

3. Food safety and sanitation training;

4. Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety.

5. Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.

6. Strong work ethic and attention to cleanliness.

7. Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy items.

8. Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team.
