•Gather comparable and applicable data on the FMV of subject unit for valuation.

• Ensures that all prices used are consistent and within acceptable valuation methods.

• Monitors status of the appraisal request to ensure compliance and within the required TAT. • Attend to inquiries and follow ups regarding status of appraisal request and other related matters within required TAT.

• Participates in meetings and recommends process improvements geared towards improving productivity and service quality.

• Attend seminars and training programs related to the job.

• Ensures accurate and timely preparation and submission of reports, as requested by superiors.

• Performs other functions that may be assigned by superiors from time to time. 

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any course
• Knowledgeable in the current market price and conditions of 2nd hand automobiles
• At least 1 year of work experience being an appraiser and/or in the related field for this position
• Experience in Financing Industry is an advantage.
