Job Description

Vehicle Survey and Damage Assessment

Description

  • Gather comparable and applicable data on the FMV of subject unit for valuation.
  • Ensures that all prices used are consistent and within acceptable valuation methods.
  • Monitors status of the appraisal request to ensure compliance and within the required TAT.
  • Attend to inquiries and follow ups regarding status of appraisal request and other related matters within required TAT.
  • Participates in meetings and recommends process improvements geared towards improving productivity and service quality.
  • Attend seminars and training programs related to the job.
  • Ensures accurate and timely preparation and submission of reports, as requested by superiors.
  • Performs other functions that may be assigned by superiors from time to time.


Summary:

  • Evaluate 2nd hand automobile, gather data from internal and external sources, make on-site visits to inspect the unit and examine various factors that impacts the value of unit.
  • Prepare the detailed reports and needed documents for auto loan and financial leasing

Requirement

  1. 4-year College graduate of any business related course
  2. Knowledgeable in the current market price and conditions of the 2nd hand automobiles
  3. at least 3 years of working experience being an appraiser and/or in the related field.
  4. Experience in Financing Industry is an advantage
  5. Must be willing to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City
