We are currently seeking a skilled Dump Truck Mechanic who is willing to be assigned and travel to Surigao and Cagayan de Oro. The Dump Truck Mechanic will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and inspection of dump trucks operating in both locations. This role requires a strong understanding of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical systems, as well as the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues effectively.

• Perform routine maintenance tasks on dump trucks, including oil changes, filter replacements, and lubrication.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues in dump trucks, such as engines, transmissions, brakes, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
• Conduct preventive maintenance inspections to identify potential problems and ensure safe operation of dump trucks.
• Repair or replace defective parts, components, or systems to maintain dump truck functionality.
• Perform welding, cutting, and fabrication work as needed to repair dump truck bodies and components.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair activities, including parts inventory and work performed.
• Test-drive dump trucks after repairs to ensure proper functioning and safety.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Assist other mechanics or technicians as needed, providing guidance and support.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in the workshop.

• Bachelor's Degree ; vocational training or certification in diesel mechanics preferred.
• Proven experience as a dump truck mechanic or similar role, preferably with experience in mining or construction.
• Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical systems.
• Proficiency in diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Experience with welding, cutting, and fabrication techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel between Surigao and Cagayan de Oro as needed.
