As the Service Reception Head at Toyota Pasig, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the service reception area, ensuring a seamless and efficient customer experience. You will also be responsible in handling the Service Advisors. In this full-time role based in Pasig City, Metro Manila, you will be a key member of the Service Department, contributing to the overall success of the organization.

• Graduate of Mechanical Engineering or any automotive related course
• Minimum 4-5 years of experience as a Service Advisor; experience as a Service Reception Head is an advantage
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and cross-functional teams
• Proficient in using computer systems and software, including inventory management and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
• Thorough understanding of automotive service operations and industry best practices
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle customer issues and optimize service reception processes
• Flexible and adaptable to changing customer demands and operational requirements
