Requirements

- Experience Level: 3-5 years in HR roles, demonstrating progressive responsibility.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, conflict resolution, and organizational skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with potential travel for recruitment or training.
- Qualities and Traits: Adaptable, detail-oriented, and empathetic with a collaborative spirit.
