Description

Support recruitment by sourcing and attracting candidates, assessing applications, and conducting interviews for Helpro Multipurpose Cooperative.
Facilitate employee onboarding and conduct orientation sessions.
Manage HR records, employment contracts, and compliance with labor laws.
Develop and implement HR policies aligned with the company’s strategy.
Assist with payroll management and benefits administration.
Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics and resolve issues promptly.
Assist in the development and coordination of recommended changes regarding workflow.
Create a supportive work environment to bolster employee relations and retention within the competitive recruitment industry.

Requirement

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience Level: At least 2 years of experience in HR roles.
Skills and Competencies: Proficient in HRIS, excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Responsibilities and Duties: Manage recruitment processes, conduct employee onboarding, oversee benefits and compensation programs, ensure compliance with labor laws.
Qualities and Traits: Ethical, detail-oriented, empathetic, strong leadership skills, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
