Description
- Assisting with the recruitment and onboarding of new employees
- Developing programmes that enhance employee relations
- Ensuring employees have correct pay and benefits
- Delivering compensation and benefit comparison reports to the executive team
- Advising executives on matters of salaries, redundancy and employment law
- Recording and processing confidential information
Requirement
- Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Human resource or any related field
- With relevant experience in HR for at least 1 year
- Able to accommodate Labor and relations concerns
- Strong moral and ethical code
