Provides technical/administrative support to the HR Manager on the different functions of Human Resources such as but not limited to:

• Total Rewards (40%)
• Compensation and Benefits
• Payroll
• Timekeeping
• Employee Engagement
• Talent Development (40%)
• Talent Acquisition
• Learning and Development
• Performance Management
• Other HR Related Administrative Function (20%)
• 201 Files record keeping

• Graduate of BS Psychology, Human Resources Management or other similar course
• With at least 1-2 years experience in different HR functions.
• Must be familiar with MS Office tools and Google Workspace
• Good communication skills, both oral and written
