Requirements

  • Skills and Competencies: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in HR software, knowledge of labor laws and regulations, and strong organizational abilities.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Managing recruitment processes, implementing HR policies, overseeing employee relations, conducting performance evaluations, and ensuring legal compliance.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with typical working hours; may require overtime during peak hiring seasons or projects.
