Description

  • Support internal HR procedures, including document management and employee records maintenance.
  • Facilitate HR projects, meetings, and training seminars.
  • Address employee queries about HR-related issues and assist with payroll processing.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless HR services.
  • Stay updated on employment legislation and ensure company compliance.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
  • Experience Level: 3-5 years of proven experience in an HR role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong understanding of labor laws and employment regulations, proficiency in HR software, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Manage recruitment processes, support employee relations, administer benefits and payroll, ensure HR compliance, and assist in the development and implementation of HR policies.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, empathetic, ethical, proactive, and a strong team player with exceptional problem-solving skills.
