Description

HR Assistant - OD is primarily responsible in clerical and administrative duties related to the delivery of training and organizational development programs.


Duties and Responsibilities:


TRAINING MANAGEMENT

  • Request training list to various training centers for employees learning & development.
  • Update & upkeeps training date base such as TESDA, Training Centers contact details for future trainings needs and reference.
  • Processes OSS enrollment of new outsources training partners to ensure that all outsource partners have legit sales invoice and 2303.
  • Arranges the booking of trainer's venue, travel, accommodation and facilities for learning and development events.
  • Prepares manages attendance sheets, certificates for every training schedule monthly for documentation.
  • Liquidates all training expenses to accounting and upkeeps documents for record purposes.
  • Update & upkeeps monthly training files, to ensure that all training are documented and recorded for future reference.


EMPLOYEE ONBOARDING

  • Conducts company orientation to newly hired employees for guidance.
  • Collects to department/division head the signed JD and KPI documents of newly hired employee/s after branches/department onboarding to ensure that expectations & target is discussed to employee.
  • Collects 3rd and 5th month (PMS) of newly hired to ensure timely processing of employee's regularization documents.
  • Encodes newly hired details to HRIS for timekeeping purposes.


HR SERVICE MANAGEMENT

  • Updates and upkeeps job description, PMS manual files, Organization/Plantilla chart files both head offices and branches.
  • Petty cash custodian and ensure proper usage and documentation of cash disburse.
  • Assist HR officer on corporate activities and ensure employee engagement.
  • Prepares ATD for cash advances, work related deductions


RECORDS AND REPORTS

  • Submit every 5th of the month report for 3rd and 5th month employee's evaluation.
  • Submit monthly list of employees encoded in HRIS system and employees' schedule for onboarding.
  • Update HR asst. - OD spreadsheet report.



Requirements

  • Graduate of BS/AB Psychology or any 4 yr course
  • With or without relevant working experience
  • Computer literate
  • Must be able to easily understand instructions and able to communicate in an understandable manner
  • Must be able to deal with all types of people
  • Pleasing Attitude
  • Organized
  • High Level of Integrity
